Elexo Corp ("HOC," "we," "us") operates the HOC home-organization service. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
Information you provide directly — your mobile number, the photos, documents, and notes you send us, and account details — plus basic technical data needed to deliver the service.
How we use it
To read, organize, and store the home information you send; to reply to you; to operate and improve the service; and to keep your account secure.
Text messaging & your mobile information
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information or your text-messaging opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information obtained as part of the SMS consent process is not shared with any third parties for marketing.
We use service providers only to deliver the messaging itself (for example, our messaging carrier), and only for that purpose.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run HOC, when required by law, or with your direction. We don't sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP. You can request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us at support@elexo.co.

Acceptable use
Use HOC only for your own home information and lawful purposes. Don't misuse the service or send content you don't have the right to send.
Text messaging
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes
